Once you’ve submitted your complaint, we’ll assign it to an officer. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
If it’s a one-off noise complaint, we’ll usually just register your complaint.
If it’s a significant, ongoing noise issue, you’ll need to continue to help us gather evidence. This includes completing noise diary sheets and, if possible, submitting recordings through the Noise App to support your diary entries. Without this, we may close the case.
