Change of address: Council Tax

You can report a change of address if you’ve already moved or will move within the next 10 working days.

Moving out of the borough

If you're moving out of the borough, you'll need to tell us:

• information on where you are moving to
• details of anyone aged 18 or over who is also moving out

After you've completed the form, we will send you a final Council Tax bill.

Moving into the borough

If you're moving into the borough, you'll need to tell us:

• your moving in date
• information for anyone aged 18 years or over who is also moving into the address

After you've completed the form, we will send you a Council Tax bill for your new home.

Moving within the borough

If you're moving within the borough, you'll need to tell us:

• where you are moving to and from
• your moving dates and tenancy end or completion date
• details of anyone aged 18 or over who is also moving

After you've completed the form, we will send you a final Council Tax bill for your old home and a new Council Tax bill for your new home.
