Project delivery and monitoring
Deliver your project
Once you receive the funding, it’s over to you, but we’re here to help if you need us.
Remember to keep track of your progress and collect monitoring data as you go. It’s much easier to gather this information throughout the project than at the end (see monitoring below).
All projects must be completed within 12 months of receiving funding. If it looks unlikely that you’ll meet this deadline, let us know within 6 months so we can discuss possible options.
Monitoring
Twelve months after you receive funding, we’ll ask you for monitoring data and to complete an end-of-grant questionnaire. This will be online and ask for:
- evidence of how the funding was spent
- a case study
- an outline of how the project met its original aims
