If you find a problem with a public toilet or automatic public convenience, report it to us.
There are public toilets and automatic public conveniences across the borough. Facilities are cleaned and restocked daily, including weekends and bank holidays.
Automatic public conveniences
Our supplier, Danfo UK Ltd, manages our automatic public conveniences at the following sites:
- Brooklands Community Park, Weybridge
- Hersham Recreation Ground, Pratts Lane, Hersham
- Hurst Park Open Space, Sadlers Ride, West Molesey
How to report a problem
If you spot a problem with an automatic public conveniences, such as damage, poor maintenance or poor cleanliness, report it to Danfo on 01253 593141.

How to report a problem
If you spot a problem with a public toilet, such as damage, poor maintenance or poor cleanliness, email: buildingmaintenance@elmbridge.gov.uk and include:
- the toilet location
- which toilet (accessible, family room, female, male)
- details of the issue
After you report a problem
We’ll try to fix the problem by the next working day, depending on the type of issue.
