We are responsible for clearing fly-tipped rubbish from public roads and council land.
How to report
Fill in the online form to report fly-tipping.
After you make a report
We will:
- investigate all fly-tipping incidents
- arrange for the removal of the fly-tip if it is on a public highway – small fly-tips can be cleared within 1 working day, large fly-tips may take longer
- prosecute the person responsible if there is enough evidence
