Green space hire for boot camp and fitness training
Find out about running a boot camp or fitness class in one of our parks and open spaces.
To run a fitness class or boot camp in one of our parks, you must apply for an annual licence.
Enquire about a licence
To make an enquiry, email leisure@elmbridge.gov.uk with:
- dates and times you’d like to book
- approximate group size
- location you’d like to use
- list of equipment you’ll use in the class
- full risk assessment
- copy of your public liability insurance (minimum indemnity limit of at least £5 million cover)
Please be specific about the area of the park you want to book. You can attach a map with the area highlighted.
What happens next
A member of our green spaces team will review your application. It may be referred to local ward councillors for approval.
Allow at least 4 weeks after submitting all documents for your booking to be confirmed.

All bootcamp and fitness class bookings are subject to our conditions of use.
Bootcamps starting after June will be charged on a pro-rata basis in the first year up until the end of March, depending on which quarter of the year they start.
