Lakeside Drive conservation area

Lakeside Drive Conservation Area was designated on 26 November 2013. It is 1970s development, built to an award winning design by the architect Royston Summers, and set around a lake which originally formed part of an 19th century landscape. The houses have been built to a modular design but each one is individual and unique.

There is an active Conservation Area Advisory Committee for Esher which includes Lakeside Drive.
