Digital season ticket for all users

1. A permit does not guarantee an available parking space.
2. The council reserves the right to withdraw a Permit subject to one month’s notice.
3. Refunds will only be given for unexpired complete calendar months.
4. Permit holders are required to park in accordance with the regulations in effect at the car park.

Users are responsible for keeping their vehicle registration details up-to-date in the Mi-Permit system. These can be updated by logging in to the Mi-Permit portal.

The use and validity of a Permit is checked by enforcement staff when patrolling a car park. Where the Permit is not valid or has been improperly used, a Penalty will be issued and in cases of improper use the Permit may be cancelled.
