Filming locations

Elmbridge is conveniently located on the border of London and is near to other south east locations. It has a wide range of locations from urban towns and villages to parks, the countryside and historical venues including Brooklands racetrack.

Book a location for filming

To book one of our spaces, send your request to us 3 to 4 weeks in advance:

In your request please include:

• nature of the filming: advertisement, TV or film
• a copy of your Public Liability Insurance
• date, time, location of filming, including set up and time of shooting
• a map if you are using an area within an open space
• a list of crew and vehicles you’re planning to bring
• any equipment you will bring (including lighting)
• if any catering is being provided
• if you will be using generators and times you will run them

After booking

After we have booked you in, we’ll send you a contract, invoice for payment and request any additional information.

No less than 10 days before the filming date, you must have returned the signed contract, paid all fees in full and provided all requested information. 

If the location you have booked requires a site key, these can be collected from the Civic Centre. A deposit for keys may be required.

Charges

Bookings are charged at half day or full day rates. The use of our car parks is charged separately.

If you wish to park on a road with restrictions, you can apply for a parking suspension or waiver (Surrey County Council).
