Concerned about a rough sleeper

Agencies to contact if you are concerned about someone sleeping rough.

If you are concerned about someone sleeping rough in Elmbridge, please contact Elmbridge Rentstart Rough Sleeper Outreach on 01372 477167, or email hello@rentstart.org. 

You can also report to StreetLink or call them on 0300 500 0914. StreetLink can help to connect the person to the local services and support available to them.
