Information on Planning Committee, East Area Planning Sub-committee, North Area Planning Sub-committee and South Area Planning Sub-committee.
The Planning Committee and its sub-committees are responsible for:
- determination of planning applications not delegated to officers of the council
- consideration of Tree Preservation Orders
- ensuring an effective building control function
