Bookings and fees for community transport
To use our community transport services, you must become a member.
How to become a member
Contact us to complete a membership form. We can complete it with you over the phone, or we can send it out by email or post.

Membership gives you access to dial-a-ride, shopping trips and door-to-door transport to our community centres and hubs. Journey fees are not included in the membership (see journey fees below).
How to book transport
Contact us to book your journey.
Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot accept bookings on the day. Please give as much notice as you can when planning your trip.

We allow up to 45 minutes of free waiting time for appointments. If you wait longer than this, you’ll need to pay a waiting fee, which is £15.30 per hour.
