With My Account, you can:

• view your business rates bill and messages
• check payments made and due
• securely send us changes
• track the progress of your requests
• receive notifications when we have updates for you

How to sign up

Register for My Account to access your business rates account. 

Step 1 – register for My Account

You can register for My Account with your email address or mobile number:

You will receive an email asking you to confirm your account details. 

You are now registered for My Account.

Step 2 – access business rates

To access business rates:

• log into My Account and click Business rates
• enter your 8-digit Council Tax account number, which starts with the number '6', the company name (as shown on your bill) and the postcode of the business property - this extra security ensures your online account is safe and secure
• click Register

Step 3 – set your preferences

You can click to receive account bills and messages.

You now have immediate access to all your business rates information, including bills.
