Sharps box collection
We can provide an on demand sharps box (medical waste) collection for your used needles.
The sharps box collection is an on demand request so you need to book a collection in advance. There is no charge for this service.
Who can book
Elmbridge residents who have medical waste, such as used needles or syringes, can book this service.
How to book
To book, you can either:
- request a sharps box collection on My Account
- call 01372 474474
Replacement sharps box
If you would like a replacement sharps box to be delivered when your sharps box is collected, please select this option on the form. We can only supply a 5 litre replacement sharps box.
Collection - after you have booked
Once you have booked a collection, make sure that your sharps box is ready for collection before 6:30am on your sharps collection day. This is normally a Monday.
We will collect from an agreed location outside your property.
