Benefit advice for landlords.
What you must tell us
If you get payments from us on behalf of your tenant, you must tell us about:
- changes to the amount of rent charged
- changes in services included within the rent
- changes in the number of people living in the property
- if the tenant is 8 or more weeks in arrears with their rent
- a tenancy that is coming to an end and, if possible, the moving out date of the tenant
- any circumstance resulting in rent payments being withheld
